Hi, I'm steph I am an aspiring virtual assistant and social media manager. even though I don't have any experience as a
virtual assistant and social media manager from my previous job
I know how to communicate well with customers so understand their concerns and empathize with them naturally to me.
I'm committed to my job and I work hard to achieve my goals. I'm a customer myself so I know the type of experience customers are
looking for and I'm patient enough in handling difficult situations.
I'm currently a full-time housewife who's willing to learn and to be trained about the online job like VA's I am from a corporate job but I consider myself equipped with all the VA. and Social Media Manager skills needed for a job but I know I still need to learn a lot. I am trainable and can easily learn tasks. If I don't have experience with software or program, I am doing all the research to study it. I am willing to take any test, trial to prove my worth for this job.
